Chương trình visa 491 – SBO (Small Business Owner) được ban hành bởi bang Queensland từ tháng 11/2019. Đây là chương trình định cư tay nghề Úc kết hợp với đầu tư doanh nghiệp nhỏ tại vùng khuyến khích (Regional Areas) của tiểu bang.
Visa 491 cho phép gia đình của đương đơn sinh sống và làm việc tại vùng khuyến khích của tiểu bang trong thời gian 05 năm và có cơ hội trở thành thường trú nhân Úc sau 03 năm.

- Vợ/chồng của du học sinh
- Người giữ visa làm việc và vợ/chồng của họ

QUYỀN LỢI & LỢI THẾ CHƯƠNG TRÌNH
- Cả gia đình được cấp visa tạm trú
- Tự do sinh sống, học tập, làm việc tại Úc
- Cả gia đình được hưởng chế độ y tế miễn phí ngay từ khi còn là tạm trú nhân
- Con cái được hưởng chế độ giáo dục miễn phí từ Tiểu Học đến THPT
- Chương trình không đòi hỏi đương đơn phải học tập hoặc có kinh nghiệm làm việc trước đó tại Queensland
- Được cộng 15 điểm từ tiểu bang Queensland
- Thời gian xét duyệt Bảo Lãnh Bang nhanh chóng
ĐIỀU KIỆN
Tiêu chí của Bộ Di Trú Úc:
- Dưới 45 tuổi
- Đạt tối thiểu 65 điểm bao gồm điểm đề cử tiểu bang
- Đáp ứng yêu cầu về thẩm định nghề theo danh sách nghề được bảo lãnh của tiểu bang
- Đạt trình độ Anh văn tối thiểu (IELTS 6.0 hoặc PTE 50)
Tiêu chí của tiểu bang Queensland:
- Nghề nghiệp nằm trong danh sách ngành nghề đang thiếu nhân lực và được ưu tiên tại Úc (LIN 19/051).
- Chứng minh có kinh nghiệm kinh doanh hoặc bằng cấp liên quan đến ngành được đề cử nhằm giúp điều hành thành công doanh nghiệp.
- Đang giữ thị thực cho phép làm việc toàn thời gian (ít nhất 35 giờ/tuần) tại Úc.
- Sở hữu doanh nghiệp tại vùng khuyến khích ở Queensland:
– Mua lại một doanh nghiệp đã hoạt động ít nhất 02 năm tại vùng khuyến khích của Queensland (không bao gồm công ty khởi nghiệp và hộ kinh doanh tại gia).
– Phải sở hữu 100% vốn góp trong doanh nghiệp.
– Mua lại doanh nghiệp trị giá tối thiểu 100.000 AUD trước khi nộp EOI.
– Vận hành doanh nghiệp ít nhất 06 tháng trước khi nộp đơn xin đề cử.
– Tạo 01 việc làm cho công dân/thường trú nhân Úc với thời gian làm việc tối thiểu 20 giờ/tuần
QUY TRÌNH
Bước 1: Xin visa phù hợp để ứng viên có thể làm việc toàn thời gian hợp pháp tại Úc.
Bước 2: Mua và vận hành doanh nghiệp nhỏ tại bang Queensland.
Bước 3: Thực hiện thẩm định kỹ năng.
Bước 4: Nộp Thư bày tỏ nguyện vọng EOI đến bang (Expression of Interest).
Bước 5: Nộp hồ sơ đến bang xin bảo lãnh.
Bước 6: Nộp hồ sơ lên DOHA và cấp visa 491.
Bước 7: Sau 03 năm, nộp hồ sơ xin visa thường trú (visa 191).
